Owen “smooya” Butterfield announced on Twitter that he is a free agent now. Ex-Fnatic AWPer has left the team after being benched for nearly a week. This comes after the poor results in the last few months. 

His last competition with the British org was within IEM Katowice 2022, where defeats at playoffs against Astralis and G2 gave them no chances to advance. Now, his place in fnatic is filled up by the young AWPer from the academy team — Fnatic Rising’s Iulian“regali” Harjau. The latter participates in PGL Major Europe RMR.

After his inactivity status was set in Fnatic, Owen went to compete for teams like Benched Heroes and Into the Breach for Pinnacle Winter Series 3 Regionals.

Fnatic’s roster now is the following:
