Esports analyst Duncan "Thorin" Shields made a comment lately on Nikolai "dev1ce" Reedtz's move to NIP. He thinks that after the Dane joined this team, there have been several problems with Ninjas.

Going on, he compares the transfer to Justin "jks" Savage's move to Complexity Gaming. The player joined as a prominent IGL and got himself a star roster, but just a year later the org decided to disband the team. 

NIP also had some obvious problems with device. At some point, the Ninjas climbed up to the #2 spot on the HLTV.org's best teams of the world list, but that happened due to them winning the European RMR. Since then, the team lacked any significant results, and device himself had to miss half of the events due to his psychological health. He's taking care of himself now and gets his full support from the team. The fans, however, probably are not happy that their favorite team's unable to play with a full roster for several months straight.
