Valve has changed the logo and name of its competitive shooter in the twitter header yet again. CS:GO now has its name without the tag "Global Offensive". However, the official announcement is still yet to come.

In the past it was believed that with the release of Source 2 the game would have a fresher looks. Fans still await the much anticipated update to switch to a better engine. What's more rumors say that future Counter Strike will have another name for the T side, not to be associated with terrorists.

The rebranded version of the legendary game is rumored to appear on Steam by the time of the Brazilian Major, starting on October 31st. Valve like to do things unexpectedly so fans keep an eye on the title day-in, day out.
