The investigation on Andy "Reginald" Dinh's case is over, and Riot has come up with a final decision to penalize TSM CEO for his unacceptable manners towards colleagues and workers within the org dating back 2 and more years.

Dinh, the founder of the esports club Team SoloMid, stood out with his unprofessional approach to the workers upon their failures. Now will be fined for his actions, and the 75,000 payment will be dedicated to an "appropriate charity focused on anti-bullying and/or mental health selected in conjunction with the Players’ Association."

Furthermore, Dinh will now be in a probation period as a TSM CEO , for the upcoming 2 years. This means that he will be at the center of Riot's attention, so Andy needs to demonstrate proper manners to avoid stricter rulings.
