Medardus The LCS Lock-In 2022 is coming to it's end, as the two finalists are finally here. It's Evil Geniuses and Team Liquid that will battle for their first title of 2022 and a modest prize of $150,000 that comes together with a trophy.
Both teams come from the group B at this tournament. EG finished with 4 wins back then, stealing one game away from Liquid themselves. As of now, Jung "Impact" Eon-yeong's team is yet to lose a single map this tournament, as after a perfect run in the groups they've also managed to beat all of their play-off opponents in a very convincing fashion: 2:0 against Golden Guardians and 3:0 against Cloud9.
The final is scheduled to January 30th, 9:30 PM CET. The teams will fight in a best-of-5 scenario, and the fans surely expect to see Jinx and Xin Zhao in the finals, as these two are both team's favorite champs to play this season.
