League of Legends, ahead of its new competitive season, adds an update to the PBE servers. And this time there are some exciting news regarding the contents of the update.

First and foremost, there are new skins additions to a handful of champions. Those new Debonair skins are Arcane-themed, to remind the players once more, about Netflix' most successful animated series of the year. The highlights are most definitely are:

  • Arcane Ekko
  • Elderwood Rek’Sai
  • Elderwood Gnar

Next, we have updates for the in-game items. Here are the most notable:

Immortal Shieldbow

  • Attack damage 55 ⇒ 50.
  • Shield 300-800 ⇒ 275-650.

Eclipse

  • Cooldown buff reverted
  • Cooldown 6s ⇒ 8s (melee)

Force of Nature

  • Effect duration 5s ⇒ 7s.
  • Damage reduction 20% ⇒ 25%.

Wit’s End

  • New Buildpath:
    • Heartbound Axe
    • Null-magic Mantle
    • Pickaxe
    • 675 gold

From heroes, there is a change to Regnar's abilities: his "R" ability has gained 60% movement speed, while Camouflage got updated to start working after one second past R's activation. Previously it took the Camouflage two seconds to come online.

A for Summoner Spells, Unleashed Teleport has also gotten some reworks to prevent the abuse of it:

  • When Turret Plates fall at 14 minutes, the teleport is upgraded to "Unleashed Teleport".
  • Unleashed Teleport has a 270-second cooldown, can be used on allied structures, minions, or wards, and grants a 50% move speed boost for three seconds.
  • Before that the spell can be used to get only to the allied structures.
