The annual world championship for Riot's League of Legends is in its final stages. The playoff matches are nearly done and only the top 4 remain in the competition. The strongest teams that survived the snappy best-of-1s and tiring best-of-5's represent the strongest regions: teams from LPL and LCK will figure out which  is the dominant of them. Fans hope to see an "LCK vs LPL final", but that depends on the upcoming results of the following pairs:

Semifinals start on October 29 and October 30, while the final day is November 5, Saturday. These all are best-of-5 single elimination matches, with no re-seedings. Semifinals will be held in State Farm Arena, while the Grand Final in the Chace Center, Golden State Warriors home venue.
