The long wait for Overwatch 2's release is coming to its end, and developers from Blizzard made an update in the latest dev post published on March 10.

OWL players and Blizzard workers are already testing out the alpha version of Overwatch 2, as announced weeks ago. Now it is time to register for beta testing of the game, that includes PvP mode, 4 new maps, Sojourn hero, new game mode, hero reworks etc. Eventually, more and more players will be included in beta test.

The beta will go live in April 2022, with the potential release of the game coming late Spring or early Summer. Soon the community will get a closer look to the actual gameplay through leaks from beta testers, to understand how big the changes are.
