Kamil "Koma'" Biktimirov revealed the background of the 10-player ban by Valve and PGL, where the orgs accused him and colleagues of account sharing. The incident was publicly announced by PGL, with a twitter post, claiming that the 10 individuals will get permanent bans by the DPC organizer.

I was wrong listening to the persuasions of other people. Believed in them and played with another account. I fully understand my guilt and ask for forgiveness. On the other hand, I will admit any decision made by Valve. I am once again sorry for everything and advise the young players to think with their own heads and not destroy their future. Hope we will meet.

As of PGL's decision, Koma' won't be able to play in the upcoming EEU DPC season as well as the rest of the tournaments organized by the company and Valve. Besides him, there were 9 more banned players. Rumors suggest, there might be more in the future.
