Nintendo Switch 2 is creating new opportunities for established games and characters to return to the conversation. Bayonetta is taking advantage of that momentum without a new standalone adventure: the iconic witch is crossing over with Stellar Blade Complete Edition, which launches on November 5.
Bayonetta’s Next Appearance Comes Through a Crossover
The collaboration will add four Bayonetta-themed outfits for Eve in Stellar Blade Complete Edition. Three of those designs have already appeared in the new trailer, while the fourth remains undisclosed for now. That gives the crossover an additional reveal still to come after launch details have been announced.
All four outfits will be available at no extra cost on Nintendo Switch 2. The PC and PlayStation 5 versions will also receive the outfits on November 5, with the content scheduled to become available at 7 a.m. PT and 10 a.m. ET.
A Long Wait for Bayonetta Fans
Bayonetta 3 remains the latest mainline entry in PlatinumGames’ action series. It arrived on Nintendo Switch in 2022, eight years after Bayonetta 2, and no fourth mainline game has been announced since then. The character has nevertheless remained highly recognizable, making her a strong fit for collaborations built around stylish combat and distinctive fashion.
The Stellar Blade crossover does not represent a new Bayonetta game, but it gives the character a prominent role in another major action release. For fans waiting to see the witch return, Eve’s new wardrobe offers a smaller but visible connection to the franchise.
What Stellar Blade Complete Edition Includes
The Nintendo Switch 2 edition packages the full Stellar Blade experience with previously released content. It includes the game’s NieR and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE collaborations, alongside new outfits for Eve, Adam, and Lily, additional accessories, Drone customization, 2,000 SP EXP, and 5,000 Gold.
The Complete Edition will be sold physically and digitally for $59.99. Its physical release will be provided entirely on a cartridge, while the game’s Nintendo Switch 2 launch date is set for November 5.
