G2 Esports CEO Carlos "ocelote" Rodriguez joined HLTV.org podcast, where he discussed with hosts G2's recent transfers, BLAST Premier Spring Groups and team's goals.

First, Carlos explained that players will not be able to stay at G2, if they do not show enough readiness to develop and deliver something fresh to the server. This even refers to the top players, who have made their names in the world of esports.

Next, there was the discussion about buying NAVI's young prodigy Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov. Carlos mentioned his awareness that a "16-year-old kid will do errors of a 16-year old", but then he went into details about Osipov, telling how well prepared he is when it comes to in-game situations.

Also speaking about NAVI, Carlos believes they will bounce back despite losses in the BLAST Spring Groups, where "S1mple will destroy everyone".

Finally, Carlos has hopes for the ongoing BLAST Premier Spring 2022 and he got some advice to people, who aren't ready for drawbacks from G2.

The journey has to be fun. If you are not ready, do not follow us, if you are sensitive, do not follow us. You can become a Ukrainian, or Russian NAVI fan and come towards us.
