Duncan "Thorin" Shields, the famous esports analyst, has spoken about the awkward situation with the possibly next venue to organize the CS:GO major. He thinks that Russia could have been the worthy place, as there have been plenty of talents in the last 3-4 years.
Some fans might not accept the thought, as Russia is often presented under a negative point of view, because of the latest conflict with Ukraine. Others claim that the 4 teams in the top 8 CS:GO clubs worldwide come from the CIS region. Whatever the statistics show, the next major will probably not take place in Denmark, neither in Russia.
