One of NAVI Dota 2 professionals Vladislav "laise" Lais from NAVI came up with the news regarding the CIS DPC. He pointed out in a video that Valve are considering to make a separate online DPC league out of 4 main participants to finish the season. He also mentioned that he expects esports in CIS to survive no matter what. 

Rumors say CIS DPC will become an online 4-team tournament, as it was already done in the past.

DPC EEU matches were cancelled with the start of the military around Ukraine and Russia. Originally, the league was supposed to go on from March 14 to April 24th. Anyway, further details should be expected from Valve, so that teams will have enough time to prepare for the new formats or even a new tournament.
