With the addition of the latest patch to the game, League of Legends meta is getting a slightly different shape. Here is a top 10 overpowered champs list for LoL patch 12.23, according to GameLeap analysts.

Starting with the top lane, there are 2 deadly champs. The first one is Fiora. She relies on her mobility to dodge enemy attacks and is quick to answer back with decent amount of damage. Perhaps she can be countered with ranged champions, but that's quite hard to execute. The second pick for the top lane is Shen. With 53 percent win rate, it is hard to compare him to any other champ of the top lane right now. There have been adjustments to his health-giving items, so those are cheaper now, which makes playing Shen more enjoyable, without much worries.

Coming to the jungle, the massive changes in this part of the map have made previous op champs stay on top of their game. Bel'Veth can be trusted day in, day out with patch 12.23. Maybe the upcoming nerfs will bring her to some balance. Another powerful pick for higher levels is Wukong. He had been in game for quite a long time, with latest win rate of 52 percent. However, if you are looking for an AP champ, then go for Evelyn. She had been in the S tier list since the start of the year and did not get any restrictions from that time on. You can quickly level her up, as the current jungle play is all about clearing the territory easily.

Mid lane also gets some boost from the picked champs in the jungle. Play Irelia alongside Evelyn, and you'll be hard-to-catch in early to mid game. The active operations of Evelyn will enable to confidently use your mid in a free roaming style.

Remember how Zed was popular several years ago? Now in late 2022 he is still standing firmly on his lane. Not many champs would like to cross the roads with somebody of 52% win rate.

Going down to the bot lane, AD Carry job can be trusted to Caitlyn in the new patch. She is a standout champ in her role, so among all the heroes, there is no other viable option that will fulfil all your teams' needs. The buffing of her passive is still the key to her success. With no other AD Carry standing nearby, there could still be some competition between her and Lucian, so if the former is banned, don't forget about Lucian's existence. Though a Lucian without Nami will go down from the A tier list to lower. Attack damage and extra damage matter a lot these days for bot, so do your calculations right on picking the 5 champs of your team.

Finally, the only Support that is broken so far is Renata. Her W will make your ally nearly unkillable, so this is an ability equal to an ult. This is more impressive in lower ELOs, especially when the enemy team tends to group a lot.
